Locals breathed a sigh of relief Saturday morning after the City of Lethbridge ended the State of Local Emergency at 10 a.m. Saturday. It was the same good news for residents of the County of Lethbridge as the State of Local Emergency was lifted at 7 p.m. Saturday after receiving confirmation that there was no longer a flood threat at the Little Bow or Oldman River.
