If the City of Grande Prairie wants to expand the Crystal Centre, it’s going to cost $44 million to do it effectively, a report states.

City council directed administration to bring forward a higher-level economic impact assessment and traffic and parking analysis Monday during a council committee of the whole meeting. That essentially puts the project on ‘hold’ until further information can be provided.
