The average annual rent for condo rentals and apartments increased in Sept. 2022 in Mississauga and Brampton, according to Rentals.ca and Bullpen Research & Consulting’s latest National Rent Report. It was up 14 per cent to $2,314 in Mississauga and 25.4 per cent to $2,374 in Brampton.
