Q: I wanted to get your opinion on whether I may have any rights in a situation I have found myself in. I am the buyer and also represented myself as the agent. I made an offer to purchase a building for $1.64 million, there was a seller counter No. 1 at $1.8 million then a buyer counter No. 1 at $1.74 million.
