Sweden’s Heimstaden says property valuations seem to be stabilising

STOCKHOLM, Oct 24 (Reuters) – Swedish real estate group Heimstaden HEIMpref.ST posted on Tuesday a net loss of 5.8 billion crowns ($527 million) for the third quarter due to fresh writedowns, but said the fall in property values may be drawing to a halt.
