City council is asking for revised estimates on how dense it wants development in Rossdale to be. They’re looking at a plan that will spread out over the next couple of decades to build in the river valley, however they’re also asking for park space to be maintained, and a possible look at how commercial development can be put into the old Epcor power plant site
