Housing starts in the Edmonton Census Metropolitan Area (CMA) were trending at 15,034 units in October compared to 15,480 in September, according to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). The trend is a six-month moving average of the monthly seasonally adjusted annual rates (SAAR) of total housing starts.
