High River Town Council has defeated Lansdowne Equity Ventures’ request for an extension for the Hampton Hills Phase 3 Subdivision. Lansdowne’s deadline to submit a plan of subdivision expired in October 2014, and Director of Engineering, Planning and Operations Riley McKerracher says now they’ll need to submit a new application.
