After hearing arguments from Calbridge Homes to redesignate their remaining commercial-residential building in Sunset’s Trading Post to fully residential, the Cochrane Planning Committee (CPC) voted unanimously to deny the land use change citing the original agreement regarding what the community would look like and the need for commercial land.
