The frequently deliberated Glenbow Ranch development reached a major milestone last Tuesday when its Area Structure Plan passed second and third reading in Rocky View council chambers. After council analyzed and implemented proposed amendments presented to them at the end of June, primarily concerning a reduction of density in a large portion of the development, they adopted the plan.
