Water in the Mackenzie River Basin is the subject of an agreement between Alberta and the Northwest Territories signed in Edmonton on Wednesday. Mackenzie River Basin Bilateral Management Agreement signed by Alberta Premier Jim Prentice, NWT Premier Bob McLeod, Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development Minister Kyle Fawcett, and NWT Environment and Natural Resources Minister Michael Miltenberger.
