Alberta, which has been doubly hit by the COVID-19 crisis and a sharp decline in global oil demand and oil prices, will see its economy plunge by a stunning 11.3 per cent this year, according to the latest Provincial Economic Outlook released Monday by the Conference Board of Canada.
