City councillor Natalie Joly plans to put forward a motion to unfund the St. Albert Neighbourhood Traffic Calming Strategies capital project (one of two traffic calming programs) in 2020, amounting to $550,000 for placing permanent measures in Erin Ridge North and Lennox Drive next year.
