‘Cautiously optimistic’: Calgary water use drops as final steps nearing completion

With water use back down and flushing of the feedermain nearly finished, City of Calgary officials said Saturday it’s “cautiously optimistic” for the Canada Day date as it works to get water to get back to normal.
