Condo Questions: Assessing recourse and repair of piping problem

Q: We bought a new condo 10 years ago. Everything had been great until we heard gurgling noises coming from our kitchen drain. Several attempts were made to rectify this in our unit, but the problem continues to this day. We also learned that this was not isolated to our unit, and that several other owners in the building are experiencing the same noise. Our board has been working with our property management company to find a way to fix this problem, but it persists. Ultimately, during the scoping of the drain lines, it was discovered that they were improperly connected to the main plumbing stack. Do I or the condominium corporation have any recourse?
