Last week, Canopy Lands announced that they have been given the green light by Rocky View County to start the development of their Cochrane North project. The development, located adjacent to Cochrane Lake and the Monterra neighbourhood just south of the Big Hill Springs Road, had related bylaws that passed third reading in Rocky View Council on May 8, effectively allowing development to proceed.
