Edmonton is expected to still be among the brighter spots in Canada’s tepid resale real estate market by year’s end, a new report is predicting. Yet the increase in median price called for in the Royal LePage 2025 Market Survey Forecast may be overly optimistic, says an Edmonton realtor.
