According to a recent report from Idealista.com, rents increased by 15 per cent between December 2023 and December 2024. This follows earlier increases of 13 per cent in 2022 and 12.5 per cent in 2023. Since January 2022, rents in the city have risen by 40 per cent, despite a small drop of just 0.4 per cent during the pandemic.
