Alberta has not been kind to condo owners for more than a decade. My heart goes out to many owners who need to sell their condos at this time. During a shortage of supply of condos in late 2006 to early 2007 condo prices went through the roof in less than 10 months. And in the latter half of 2007 and the whole of 2008 they dropped in price and have never fully recovered.
