India property market sees high investors’ interest for alternative assets

This was a 26% rise from 2020 in alternate assets that includes data centers, senior living, student housing and coliving, as per leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers. Robust technology consumption and data privacy laws will also pave way for further investments in the data centers space, with investors and developers exploring development options.
