Navi Mumbai is rapidly establishing itself as a premier office destination within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), boasting 23.8 million square feet of Grade A office space—around 20 per cent of the total 120 million square feet across MMR—according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield.
