Town council has named Mayor Ivan Brooker and Coun. Tara McFadden, as well as Development Services’ senior manager Drew Hyndman, to the committee that will be representing Cochrane in the discussions with Rocky View regarding the annexation of a quarter section north of Heritage Hills.
