Question: I live in a four-storey condominium building. There are two other four-storey buildings, with 48 units in our condominium complex. The board is out to get me. They are issuing fines against me alleging that I am breaching the bylaws and board rules. Some of the fines are more than two years old. The fines are on my ledger. The board has filed a caveat against my unit and is threatening foreclosure. What can I do? Please help!
