This interactive tool provides the price per square meter, charges included, everywhere in France, for unfurnished houses and apartments in the private rental stock. “It offers a snapshot of rent levels and above all allows you to compare territories with each other”, indicate the ministry in charge of the city and housing and the National Agency for information on housing (ANIL), which carries this project. So far, “no rent indicator covered the entire national territory with a transparent calculation methodology”continues the ministry.
