Rent prices in the Rhine-Main-Region are approximately double those in some regions in North Hesse. This was stated by the Statistical State Office in Wiesbaden, referring to the nationwide census survey 2022. For the first time, the average net cold rent was surveyed across the board. It amounted to 8.21 Euro per square meter in Hessen on May 15, 2022.
