MOSCOW (Reuters) – The outcome of the Thursday’s meeting of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries in Vienna won’t have any impact on global oil prices, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich was quoted as saying on Friday.
