According to Rocky View County, on April 14, 2022, Range Road 294 (Kingsview Rd SE) North of Township Road 264 will be permanently closed as part of the 40th Avenue interchange construction project. The closure is due to the construction of the 40th Avenue interchange, which is expected to take 18 months and is scheduled to be completed in October of 2023.
