The prices of rental properties have increased significantly over the past few years. A higher influx of people combined with a limited supply, as well as other factors, such as lack of government control over rental prices, has lead to an increase in demand and consequently, soaring prices. Overall, there doesn’t seem to be just one factor at play that determines the rental property prices, but rather a combination of several.
