The Northern Ireland areas with most expensive rent as average prices soar

Rental prices across Northern Ireland have increased due to a lack of available properties. The latest PropertyPal Housing Market Report, covering Q4 2024, shows the average rent prices in Northern Ireland have increased by 9% over the last year and 1.3% in the last three months.
