Plains Midstream announces the completion of their Fort Saskatchewan expansion project

Plains Midstream Canada, a subsidiary of Plains All American (Plains), and Invest Alberta recently celebrated the successful startup of Plains’ natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation facility expansion in Fort Saskatchewan.
