The Canadian Home Builders’ Association-Calgary Region (CHBA-CR) is back at the committee tables at city hall, after the association’s president, Charron Ungar and Mayor Naheed Nenshi signed a joint agreement of facts regarding residential development in Calgary.

One clever wag in the Sun newsroom said, after reading the agreement, “It’s like Mom sat them down and said no one is to blame, but we all need to do better.”
