During the City of Airdrie’s council meeting on Jan. 15, members of council approved Bylaw No. B-39/2017 being the Bayview/Bayside Stage 3 Phase 1 Land Use Amendment. The Bylaw identifies the rezoning of a section of the Bayview/Bayside communities to allow for construction of more public open spaces as well as residential lots.
