Manufacturing sales in Alberta increased 1.4 per cent in November to $5.5 billion, the third consecutive monthly increase, on higher sales of petroleum and coal products (+7.5 per cent), machinery (+10.3 per cent), and chemicals (+2.9 per cent), according to a report released Tuesday by Statistics Canada.
