Albertans in shopping mood for Christmas

CALGARY — Many Albertans who have started their holiday shopping say they have made some unplanned purchases for themselves along the way.

A CIBC poll, conducted by Harris/Decima, which was released Thursday, said that 58 per cent of people in the province, who have started their holiday shopping, have spontaneously bought something for themselves as well — an average of $117.
