High River Town Council will kick off the New Year with a lengthy to-do list, including efforts to revitalize the downtown core and encourage further development around 12 Street, said Coun. Jamie Kinghorn.

Council will be returning for regular meetings this month after a three -week break stretching through the final weeks of December.
