CALGARY — The Calgary industrial real estate market has shown a strong start to 2013 with overall vacancy dropping, according to a new report by Colliers International.

The report said vacancy has dropped to 4.72 per cent in March from 5.05 per cent at the end of the fourth quarter of 2012.
