The company proposing to build two hotels in the Box Springs Business Park is ready to move forward and break ground on both projects in 2013.

“We’re ready to go in the spring, as soon as the subdivision is done,” said Cam Christianson, CEO of Drumheller-based Canalta Real Estate.

The plan to subdivide the land, which sits across from the proposed Event Centre site northwest of the current Costco location, appeared in application documents filed in December and made public Monday.
