Earlier this year, the City of Airdrie established a collaborative relationship with the Airdrie Developer Group, which includes Genesis Land Development Corporation, Lamont Land LP, Mattamy Homes, Melcor Developments, Minto Communities Management Inc., Pollyco Group of Companies, Qualico Communities, Ronmor Holdings Inc., and Vesta Properties Alberta Ltd.
