City council voted to approve the expropriation of four pieces of land for a $205 million interchange that will connect the QEII highway with 41 Avenue Wednesday.

According to a new report, the city needs to acquire both full and partial property in the area for stormwater management, interchange ramps and road widening for the planned overpass.
