EDMONTON – Coast Edmonton House will remain a hotel longer than expected.

The downtown all-suite hotel at 10205 100th Ave. was to be converted to an apartment building by fall 2013 by owner Maclab Enterprises to take advantage of increased demand for residential housing. The conversion will now be delayed until 2014.
