According to a new study from Storeganise, when it comes to rent prices, Connecticut stands out—not for its affordability, but for its jaw-dropping costs that leave many renters gasping for air, I know I can’t breathe. With an average rent of $1,992 per month and a rent per square foot of $2.23, Connecticut ranks a disheartening 34th in the nation for value.
