Council will begin debates on what role, if any, commuter camps should play in Wood Buffalo’s urban development at Tuesday’s council meeting, as at least 11 presenters are scheduled to speak on Mayor Don Scott’s motion to halt construction and permits for work camps close to Fort McMurray.
