Developers were given the opportunity to speak about their concerns regarding increased setbacks at a public meeting prior to the Sept. 26 council meeting, and came out strongly against the land-use bylaw amendment put forward by Councillors Jeff Toews and Gaynor Levisky as part of their Community Enhancement Bylaws introduced in 2014.
