Henry Smolik decided to set up shop in Capilano Mall for the prime location.

The co-owner of All Sports Cards and Collectables, is packing up and headed to Bonnie Doon Mall by the end of the month after a decade in the mall.

The mall sent out notice in mid-December to several stores that their lease would be terminated.
