Fort McMurray-Athabasca’s days as a riding are numbered. Following a series of public consultations held during the fall, the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Alberta has proposed the creation of Fort McMurray-Cold Lake. However, the new riding might not reflect Fort McMurray’s unorthodox population growth.
