Fort Saskatchwan City Council passed the 2025 Property Tax Bylaw at the May 13th meeting. With an approved operating budget of $100.2 million and a capital budget of $14.2 million, the average residential property will see an estimated 5.40% increase in the municipal portion of property taxes.
