Grande Prairie has been chosen as the site of a pilot-project for a new crowd-funding website designed to help boost support for small businesses.

ATB Financial, the brains behind AlbertaBoostR.ca, chose Grande Prairie to test the new site because of the city’s entrepreneurial reputation.
