It will take a time and help for High River business owners to recover from the flood which ravaged the town last week, but they are not abandoning their community.
“All of us together hand-in-hand, whether it is a franchise, a mom-and-pop restaurant we are depending on insurance, savings and some help from the federal government,” said Yoursa Jomha, president of the High River and District Chamber of Commerce.
