Residents who have been cut off from their neighbours the past three weeks will soon be reconnected.

Highway 22 connecting Turner Valley and Black Diamond should be open to the public on July 15, if not sooner, after a large portion of the road was washed out in the June 20 flood, according to Alberta Transportation Public Affairs Officer Melinda Steenbergen.
