A director with the Huron-Perth Landowners Association says the Magna Carta that was created in the Middle Ages in England was the king’s response to public pressure and John Schwartzentruber says he believes property owners of Huron and Perth have to put the same kind of pressure on the government at the local and the Provincial level.
